girls. so it's been forever since my last update, and a lot has
happened! for a while i was like, you know if i just eat healthy i'll
be fine. i am who i am.. that kind of attitude.
gained.. a lot. 130 now.
it makes me want to throw up. so i can skip meals drink water and all, but i have a problem, and i need answers and advice:
i run cross country, and we run 3-5 miles about 6 days a week.. if i don't eat, i'll pass out... what do i do??
i want the fewest possible calories!
also, alcohol. i know beer is horribly fattening. but liquor?
any thinspo, advice, or anything would be wonderful..

| heyy it's been a while since last update, so sorry! summer is a little hectic. beach was great, i lost weight before which was GREAT. but my friend and i stuffed our faces the whole time. haha so i've gained a little bit back.. i'm at 126. and i'm getting new running shoes today! so yayy. motivation to run. and my best friend is practically making me run cross country with her since i'm not doing cheerleading for the first time in 4 years.. ha. so that will be good. i think where i end up gaining weight is like.. example.. tonight i'm going to dinner with a friend.. and we're going to a mexican restraunt.. but there's no low cal thing thats good there.. so i always end up eating cheese dip and a quesadilla or something. and it's sooo yummy. so i think i have to realize that if i splurge and eat mexican, i have to sacrifice otherwise.. so today my intake has been so far: 1 cup of honey bunches of oats (mmm sooo good. i think i could live off of it. :) with milk.. [250 cal] and a cup of light yogurt [100 cal] grand total so far: 350 cal. plus like 920952095 tonight for mexican. awesome! ha. ohh and i'm leaving for spain for two weeks on saturday, so i won't be updating for a while! hope all is going well :) <3

but today has been good so far.
B: cup of yougurt (210) and 2 small blueberry muffins (200)
L: cucumber, lettuce, tomato, bell peppers, hummice sandwhich on whole wheat (200?) with fresh fruit (50)

| oh. my. god. i feel like i've gained 10 pounds. i haven't. maybe 5. but i feel monstrous. i want to be thin thin thin. leave for the beach in 6 days with my super skinny best friend. and tomorrow is father's day. my dad loves food. and so does his heinous, bitchy, wife.. my notorious witch stepmother. shoot me now. ahhhh there's no escape. but we're at the lake now. so i'm going to swim a lot this afternoon. i mean a lot. i need to burn so much by friday. i'd greatly appreciate comments with strict directions with things to eat, or exercises. it's such a pain in the ass to run now, it's like 95 degrees at like 11:00 in the morning. summers in georgia are miserably hot. unless you're at the lake or beach, then it's amazing :) so ANY indoor exercises, or anything really would be great. oh, and i'm obsessed with grey's anatomy now. over the past week i've watched the entire first and second season. i'm in love. ha not literally, but it's pretty cool. i wish i could figure out how to put pictures on posts because i found some really cool ones from grey's. good thinspo. meredith is so skinny! i wish i were a little taller. i'm 5'3ish, i would love to be around 5'5.
oh, adn i'm also reading the A-List series. it's amazing as well. comments? :)

| i figured out it's really hard to fast during the summer.
especially when one of your best friends loves to eat.
so i haven't been successful. hahaha
but i'm watching what i eat.

and then did ab workout.
so atleast i'm doing SOMETHING.
